Scope of Application:

Suitable for various cake residues such as bean cakes, peanut cakes, cottonseed cakes, and other blocky or granular materials.

The machine is composed of a frame, motor, and crushing chamber.

Working Principle:

The residual materials (cake residues) left after oil extraction of oil crops are placed in the cake crusher and subjected to high-speed rotating hammers for repeated impacts and crushing. The crushed small particles flow out from the bottom of the sieve.

Precautions:

1. Check the connecting bolts of each part. If they are loose or damaged, tighten or replace them immediately. Replace with bolts and nuts of the same specification.

2. Ensure that all three-phase power lines are properly connected when connecting the power supply. Failure to do so may cause the motor to burn out (not covered by the warranty).

3. During use, pay attention to any abnormalities in each component. If abnormalities are found, stop the machine immediately and inspect it.

4. Do not attempt to inspect the machine while it is running at high speed.

5. Do not put your hands into the equipment during crushing, as it may cause personal injury.

6. Prohibit the insertion of metal, iron, or other substances for crushing.

7. Cake diameter: 500mm.
