This crushing process helps improve the release efficiency of oil from tea seeds, making it easier to extract the oil and providing high-quality raw materials for tea seed oil production.

Instructions for Use:

1. Install the machine on a flat and hard ground and fix it securely.

2. The standard model and the high-power model use a 380V 11KW-15KW four-level motor with a speed of 3500-3800 RPM, equipped with a 280-300mm pulley. The small model uses a 7.5KW four-level motor with a 220-250mm pulley.

Precautions:

1. Do not mix hard foreign objects or metals into the processed materials.

2. Start the machine before feeding the materials.

3. Check the rotation direction after starting to ensure it matches the direction of the sieve plate.

Troubleshooting and Solutions:

A. Abnormal Noise:

1. Check if the motor is missing a phase, and stop the machine to inspect the wiring terminals.

2. Inspect the sieve frame for any looseness in the screws.

3. Check if the sieve frame is slipping, and perform the necessary adjustments.

4. Inspect and adjust the gap between the hammerhead and the sieve frame.

5. Check if the bearings are significantly worn out, and replace them if necessary.

6. Adjust and secure the dust cover if it is loose.

7. Check and replenish the lubricating oil in the bearing chamber if needed.

B. Slow or Stalled Powder Discharging:

1. Clear any residual debris inside the sieve frame.

2. Stop the machine and inspect the hammerhead for significant wear.
