IV. Structure:

Assembled with a frame, motor, feeding hopper, and grinding machine.

V. Working Principle:

This product uses the embryo in the chamber, and the spiral main shaft pushes forward to make peanuts or tea seeds crushed by the comprehensive action of the movable toothed plate and the fixed toothed plate, as well as the impact and friction between the raw materials. The crushed raw materials flow out from the discharge port.

VI. Precautions:

1. Check all connecting bolts. If loose or damaged, tighten or replace them immediately with bolts of the same specifications.

2. Ensure all phases of the power supply are connected when switching on. Missing a phase will damage the motor (not covered by warranty).

3. During use, observe whether all parts have abnormalities. If any are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

4. Do not attempt to repair the machine while it is operating at high speed.

5. Strictly follow the operating procedures during use.

6. Do not put your hands into the equipment during grinding to avoid injury.

7. If the feeding speed becomes slow, stop the machine and power supply, open the cover, and clean with a fine wire or replace the grinding disc.

8. Prohibit putting metals or iron into the machine for grinding, as it may cause the grinding disc to break and affect its performance.

9. After adjusting the raw material to the desired coarseness, use an external grinding head to tighten the bolts inward.
