Construction and Principle:
This machine is mainly composed of a frame, hopper, drum, and a flame hood. The motor drives the chain wheel shaft through a triangular belt, and the chain wheel on the shaft drives the large chain wheel on the drum to rotate. As a result, the drum continuously rotates uniformly, and the materials are fed from the hopper into the drum for steaming and stir-frying.
Operation and Maintenance:
Operation:
- Start the motor for ignition and warm-up to avoid local overheating of the drum.
- Timely judge the degree of roasting to determine if the material can be discharged. The roasting time depends on the heat intensity, generally 14-20 minutes, until the temperature reaches around 130°C.
Maintenance:
- Before starting, add machine oil to the chain wheel and keep it clean to reduce wear.
- Every year, remove and clean all the bearings, then add new high-speed grease.
- If not in use for a long time, remove the flame hood, clean both the inside and outside of the drum and the smokestack, and apply a layer of oil to prevent rusting.
